All services (as defined below) offered by Keys Shuttle Service, LLC dba Keys Shuttle dba and its affiliates are subject to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the conditions of use listed below, and any future revisions and additions, as published at: https://keysshuttle.com/terms-and-conditions/ and becomes a binding contract.
Keys Shuttle’s services (the “Services”) consist of providing transportation reservation services via website and over the phone, to individual users and payment collection services of fees and expenses from users for the Services. Your decision to book a reservation and or to accept transportation services is at your sole discretion.
Reservations
About Reservations
When making a booking or registering an account profile on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.
When do we collect information?
To confirm a Shuttle reservation, a valid credit card is required to be added to the clients profile at the time of booking. All credit card details are stored securely via our online portal. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking, not on the day of travel.
Communication
We cannot accept any reservation that doesn’t have the passengers cell phone, email, etc…Flights run early and late and our dispatch team may need to contact you.
By providing your cell phone number during the reservation process, you agree to allow Keys Shuttle to call and/or text information regarding your reservation details. However, Keys Shuttle drivers are not required to call passengers in advance of the pickup.
By making a reservation you are consenting to text and or email communications.
Customer’s Responsibility To Provide Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking. Please note we can not accept any reservation to and from airports without flight details (airline flight number, arrival and or departure times). If you do not provide your flight information at the time of booking, you waive all rights to a refund, customer credit, or rebooking due to flight cancellations, delays, rerouting, or weather conditions. Passengers are responsible for providing accurate flight information, including airline and flight number.
When providing travel information, the customer agrees that the information will be accurate. Keys Shuttle is not responsible for mistakes made by customers while using its official websites, reservation platforms or over the phone. Confirmation emails are provided at the time of booking to allow customers to review details of their reservation in advance of the reservation. Passengers are responsible for correct reservation selection of pickup/drop-off times to meet their individual travel needs, and to provide corrections or updates to their reservations if necessary. Keys Shuttle shall not be held accountable and is not responsible if a passenger chooses a reservation time that does not afford them sufficient time for travel, to clear security and board their flight punctually/on time.
Reservation Changes; Excessive changes to your reservation less than 48 hours before your travel time may incur additional fees.
Payments
When you submit an online reservation for a shuttle reservation, your credit card is going to be charged immediately. The payment receipt is going to say “Keys Shuttle Service LLC.”
If you do not wish to make an online booking and would rather make your booking over the phone, there is a $10 fee for all telephone reservations.
Cancellations
We operate just like every major airline. You will have 24 hours from the time you make this booking to cancel and request a full refund (less associated fees), with exception to travel time within the 24 hour period.
We understand that your plans may change. We will try and accommodate your change request as best we can. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making your reservation, a full refund will be issued, less associated fees.
If you book your reservation for travel within the 24 hour period there are no cancellations/refunds.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of travel and or same day cancellations are non-refundable.
After 24 hours, you may make date, time and name changes for free one time, thereafter there is a $10.00 change fee. If you wish to cancel more than 24 hours after making your booking, the booking is non-refundable and you may be issued a trip credit for future booking(s) – Credits are good for a period of 12 months from original booking date. Trip credits can be transferred to anyone else.
Cancellations due to weather, plane delays and or cancellations does not constitute automatic refunds.
***Refunds requests must be submitted via the website. Full refunds mean full amount paid less fees***
Operational Issues
In the event of unforeseen and or uncontrollable circumstances such as accidents, traffic, traffic accidents and/or weather, technology issues, and or communication issues an interruption in service with delays may occur. Keys Shuttle is not liable or responsible for any and all costs associated with customer’s travel such as but not limited to; missed flights and or as a result of missed flights, rebooking fees, alternate travel costsD
Travel Time
Shared ride shuttles typically take longer than black car or private charter service due to servicing multiple pick-ups, drop-offs, and possible use of a transfer point. Travel time is also dependent on geography, weather conditions, time of day, and traffic conditions. Because of these variables, we cannot provide an exact duration of travel time. Keys Shuttle is not liable or responsible for any fees and or costs associated with customer’s travel such as but not limited to; missed flights and or as a result of missed flights, rebooking fees, alternate travel costs, etc…Keys Shuttle cannot provide alternate transportation suggestions. There are no refunds due to travel time circumstances as discussed in this section.
Pick Up Procedures
MIA
Pick up is at ground level. When you have retrieved your checked luggage Exit through door 7 or 11 ARRIVALS and cross the crosswalk between doors 7 and 8, cross TWO SETS of lanes (first set is for taxis, second is for private vehicles), to the wide median, to your right you will see a waiting room with a glass wall, just to the left of the waiting room is our sign “KEYS SHUTTLE”. Keys Shuttle drivers are not required to call passengers in advance of the pickup. Shuttles will depart MIA on schedule whether all passengers are onboard or not. If your flight gates at MIA less than 20-minutes before your scheduled departure time, the shuttle may not wait before departing. If you are unable to board the shuttle at your scheduled time, you may be able to reschedule to the next available shuttle pickup.

FLL
Pick up is at Ground Level. When you have retrieved your checked bags (if applicable). Exit the building pick up is between Terminals 1 & 2. We will be near a sign that reads “LIMO MINIBUS SEDAN VAN RIDE SHARING”. Look for our Sprinter Van that say Keys Shuttle. Keys Shuttle drivers are not required to call passengers in advance of the pickup. Shuttles will depart FLL on schedule whether all passengers are onboard or not. If your flight gates at FLL less than 20-minutes before your scheduled departure time, the shuttle may not wait before departing. If you are unable to board the shuttle at your scheduled time, you may be able to reschedule to the next available shuttle pickup.

EYW
Pick up is at ground Level. When you retrieve your baggage exit baggage claim to your right, where you’ll find the designated area for shuttles, limos, and ride-sharing services like Lyft and Uber.Look for our Sprinter Van that say Keys Shuttle. Keys Shuttle drivers are not required to call passengers in advance of the pickup. Shuttles will depart EYW on schedule whether all passengers are onboard or not. If your flight gates at EYW less than 20-minutes before your scheduled departure time, the shuttle may not wait before departing. If you are unable to board the shuttle at your scheduled time, you may be able to reschedule to the next available shuttle pickup.

Non-Airport Pick Up Procedures
When you select a time for pick-up, your pick-up will be scheduled. This pick-up time and the scheduled run time selected at booking may be different. You will receive an email and/or text message the night before your trip with your exact pickup time.
e.g. if you select the 7:00am shuttle, your exact pickup time may be as early as 6:45am or as late as 7:50am depending on the number of passengers on that pick-up route
Our system will also send you an automated text when the shuttle is on its way. Keys Shuttle drivers are not required to call passengers in advance of the pickup. Please be advised that the shuttle cannot wait and will depart Five (5) minutes after the scheduled pick-up time/arrival. No shows are chargeable and non-refundable.
Rates
Tolls, taxes, and other fees are included in the cost of the ride. Gratuity is not. Our drivers keep 100% of the gratuity, tip is always welcomed and appreciated.
Luggage
Each passenger is allowed one (1) standard piece of luggage plus one (1) carry on. Fees apply for all oversized pieces of baggage or excess luggage. Undeclared luggage will be charged an additional penalty or denied based on space available.
Keys Shuttle is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen baggage, or for any items left on the shuttle at the end of your service. It is your responsibility to collect your baggage and personal items at the end of your trip.
Safety
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond legal seating capacity at any time.
All passengers are required to wear seatbelts while on-board. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who refuses to wear a seatbelt.
Shuttle vehicles are exempt from Florida’s child passenger safety laws. However, this does not mean children are any safer traveling in these types of vehicles. It is always the safest option to use car seats and booster seats, even in exempt vehicles. Keys Shuttle does not provide any car seats or booster seats. In the event that a passenger brings their own, a responsible adult accompanying the child(ren) is responsible for the installation and use of the seat.
The Chauffeur is responsible for the Safety of the passenger and the vehicle. The Chauffeur has the right to remove any passenger from the vehicle at anytime they deem is comprising the safety and or comfort of other passengers. If you are removed from the shuttle, Keys Shuttle is not liable or responsible for any fees and or costs associated with customer’s travel such as but not limited to; missed flights and or as a result of missed flights, rebooking fees, alternate travel costs, etc…Keys Shuttle cannot provide alternate transportation suggestions. There are no refunds due to travel time circumstances as discussed in this section.
Pets
We are pet friendly. You must provide pet travel information at the time you make the reservation. All pets must be transported in an approved animal carrier/crate. Animals will not be permitted to ride in the cabin unsecured with the exception of Service Animals protected by ADA and may directly accompany their handler as per law.. Cleaning fees will apply for any mess caused by your pet (e.g. excessive pet hair, urine, or feces). You must let reservations know if you intend to travel with a pet.
Smoking/Alcohol/Vaping/Drug Use
Smoking, Alcohol, Vaping, and or Drug Use is strictly prohibited in any of our Vehicles. A minimum of a $500 fee will apply for violations of this policy, and you will be removed from the vehicle.
Assumption Of Risk, Waiver Of Liability and Indemnification AGREEMENT
This Waiver and Release of Liability (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) is being entered into in consideration of, and for the benefit for, transportation services offered by Keys Shuttle Service LLC, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, by I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself and those in my party (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as the “Passenger(s)”). I, the Passenger(s), hereby acknowledge, represent, warrant and agree as follows;
